Jill is an accredited cruise professional and a member of the International Cruise Council Australia, so has extensive cruise industry knowledge. She has been a recipient of many travel awards including the Australian Federation of Travel Agents Award of Excellence for Best International Travel Consultant – City and Suburbs and was 2006 Finalist for Best Retail Consultant – Retail.

In 2009, she kicked-off her travel career at Flight Centre and, after years of training and experience in leisure retail travel, moved into the corporate sector. Erin fine-tuned her customer service skills to perfection and broadened her management experience while overseeing a large portfolio of corporate travel accounts. She joined Sanford in 2012 and immediately became an essential part of the team.

In 2006, Brett opened a travel representation business specialising in incentive and group travel but he always maintained a strong connection with Sanford Travel and has since returned to a full-time position in early 2015 to lead the event travel team. With a strong emphasis on customer service he brings undeniable experience and maturity to the Sanford Travel team.

Armed with a degree in Commercial Science and Accounting, her strengths lie in strategic thinking, reporting, projections and integrating technologies, skills gained since joining the travel industry over thirty years ago. Jossie's happy demeanour and conscientious nature is her greatest asset to Sanford and its clients.
